Welcome to Live Chill Rewards, a Big Chill brand rewards experience like no other. With Live Chill Rewards you will earn points for all your food & beverage purchases across the Big Chill brand locations. Through our custom Big Chill app you will have full access to your rewards account where you can redeem your points through our Rewards Marketplace.
How it Works
Step 1: Download the Big Chill App through your App Store.
Step 2: Follow the in app instructions to create your account.
Step 3: Link your Credit Card to seamlessly receive credit for your visit. Every time you use your link card(s) at a Beach Club location you will automatically receive points from that visit. (Cash customers or those that do not wish to wish to link their credit cards can manually upload their receipt through the app).
Step 4: Earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend on Food & Beverage.
Step 5: Redeem your points through the Rewards Marketplace in the Big Chill App.
